CJ knows where God is

My sister, Christy, sent me a link to a blog a couple of days ago.  I clicked on the link to Break the Mold, and read about a little boy named CJ with a smile that won't quit and a heart just as sunny.

CJ is 9 years old...a typical little boy with a loving mom and dad...big sister...and two little brothers.  He  plays x-box...practices his slingshot aim outside in the yard... and he loves writing poetry.  His mom started a blog a few months ago so the family and friends could keep up with news and pictures of their family. 

But last month their whole world changed when CJ was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic lymphoma.  Now, the  blog is a journal for family and friends and caring strangers who have joined with them to pray for their son's healing from cancer.

Did I say CJ is a poet?  His poetry  flows from his heart...with a cadence and wisdom that will linger in yours.  If you don't read anything else today, click on this link and read his poem "There was God, by CJ George."  If you do, I promise you will fall in love with this courageous, joyful little boy whose heart is so attuned with God.
